SHIZU is Japanese and means peaceful. SHIZU invites children to play, build, hide, and sort. Kids can become sales clerks or doll parents, cave builders, or anything else they can imagine. SHIZU provides plenty of space for imaginative play while also encouraging children to store and display their treasures. Everything is within easy reach of little hands, and with the calm aesthetic that our SHIZU play stand radiates, it also meets the aesthetic preferences of adults, making children's rooms inviting spaces where everyone enjoys gathering and engaging in play together. It is available with or without a roof frame and linen cover, both of which can be removed as needed to transform it into a simple shelf. Made from sustainable birch plywood and handcrafted in Europe by our carpenters.
